No need to visit us for a travel advice consultation. If your nurse determines that you need vaccinations, we can immediately schedule a follow-up appointment during our regular consultations.
Only need a prescription? We can send it directly to your pharmacy.
What is a phone consultation?
A phone consultation is an additional service offered by vaccinatiecentrum.nl. During this remote consultation, the nurse will ask questions about your health and your upcoming trip. Family members (or other travel companions) can also be included in this consultation.
You’ll receive personalised travel advice tailored to your destination, travel plans, health status and personal circumstances.
How does the online travel consultation work?

Call 085 90 20 303 to schedule a phone consultation. - Conformation, payment and health questionnaire
You’ll receive an appointment conformation by email, including a payment link and a link to the intake form/health questionnaire. Please make sure to complete the intake form and payment before your appointment. Without these, the phone consultation cannot take place. - The phone consultation
A nurse will call you at the scheduled time. Please make sure that you are available and can be reached. You will still be charged for your phone consultation if we are unable to reach you. - Are vaccinations or a prescription needed?
If you need vaccinations following the phone consultation, we will schedule a follow-up appointment for you at one of our locations. A follow-up consultation fee will be charged per person. If you need a prescription, we will provide this for you.

If vaccinations are required, we will schedule an appointment for you. This helps keep the number of in-person visits to a minimum.
You can find the price of a phone consultation on our pricing page. We will send you an email with a payment link before your consultation. If you have not paid the consultation fee in advance, the phone consultation cannot take place.
If we are unable to reach you at the scheduled time, we cannot refund the consultation fee. Please make sure you are available and can be reached at the time of your appointment
Yes. The consultation can also be carried out for other family members. A phone consultation can be particularly convenient if you are travelling with children. You can get advice without any distractions and visit our clinic with your children for their vaccinations afterwards.
